SHE DRINKS COFFEE
cradling hot coffee
one hand cupping coffee cup
other stroking Styrofoam side
tentatively tasting with lips touching
slowly, softly sucking
hot hot coffee cup handled carefully
she sips and strokes, gently
cupping and supping by sipping
blowing barely, breathing only,
holding higher lifting, trembling lips
drawing dat scorching drink slowly
and humming, it’s hot, hmm…
lets rest cup carefully cooling
calmly watching creamy cup of coffee…
or
is
it
chocolate…?
